Are you insured?
yes we have a comprehensive public liability cover. our insurance policy will cover accidental damages to your property caused by our cleaners up to 2 million pounds.
Are your cleaners insured?
Yes our cleaners are also covered by our comprehensive public liability cover.
Can you guarantee your services?
Yes we can promise that if you are not satisfied with the job then we will clean till you are happy or we will arrange to come back re-do the clean free of change.
Do you work on Bank and Public holidays?
Yes our office is open on Bank and Public holidays and our cleaners are going to carry out the jobs as usual.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by cheque, cash or bank transfer PayPal. We also require some deposit at the time of booking and the rest is payable on the day of cleaning by cash or cheque. Please know that deposit is different for each service. For more information please contact us.
Do you change per job or per hour?
We are charging per job. Please call for a free quote for your needs.
Is it possible to do the cleaning when i am at work?
Yes what you need to do is to provide some contact details where we can pick up the keys. We going to collect the keys and then return it to the initial collection address. Please note that we may charge you £10 if keys have to be picked up from a different postcode.
Who provides the cleaning materials and equipment?
Our cleaners will bring all the chemicals and equipment. What you need to provide in only access to your property.
How long will take my Carpet/ Upholstery to dry after the services?
Normally your carpet will be dry in about 3 hours after the cleaning services.
We are responsible for the whole cleaning products and equipment. we are able to clean small and large offices. Please note our basic office cleaning includes:
- Dusting of all surfaces.
- Dusting of all the electrical appliances.
- Emptying bin.
- Vacuuming or mopping of all types of flooring.
- Toilet cleaned inside and out.
